Build: 20020531

Follow these steps:

1. New workspace.
2. New Java Project "T".
3. 
New Java class "X" (in the default package).
4. Select the default package in the navigator and 
hit delete.  

rt.jar gets expanded

5. Hit the new class wizard button in the toolbar and 
make X again.

rt.jar is closed again...

This is a known JFace bug.
