Build 20020531 + latest UI changes

- launch target
- select something in the navigator
- close all perspectives
- open Resource perspective
- Navigator's tree has focus, but Navigator's titlebar does not indicate it is 
active

- clicking on the titlebar fixes it up

Navigator view is probably not the culprit.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
