Description Benno Baumgartner CLA 2007-05-02 10:17:49 EDT
I20070502-0010

With a CU opened in a Java Editor:
1. Set 'Current theme' to 'Reduced Palette' on General>Appearance preference page
2. Close eclipse
3. Enable XPs to high contrast mode
4. Start eclipse
5. Disable XPs high contrast mode
6. Switch to eclipse
7. Say yes to the restart question
8. After restart set the current theme to 'Default'
Is:
Color in Java Editor changes to default but fonts do not
Should:
 Also the fonts should change

Whatever I tried (closing/reopen CU, setting fonts in the preferences..) does not change the font. Only restarting eclipse helps.

We use the values we get from the registry and since open/close editor doesn't fix it there seems to be a problem there.

See also bug 178498.

This might have been fixed by bug 205474.

Susan is now responsible for watching the [Themes] category.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.

If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
