1. Open the README found in the build M8_T4
2. Notice the section for installing ALFSSOLogin and ALFExampleTool makes no reference to the need of using Rampart 1.1 mar file

·Copy the .mar dependencies (axis2 modules) to the “modules” folder, webapp/WEB-INF/modules for each of the ALFEventManager webapp

·soapmonitor-1.1.1.mar
