The error message that is displayed when activating a VOMS proxy without a network connection doesn't make sense...

* While OFFLINE (i.e. without network connection)
  * create a new VOMS proxy
  * try to activate (of course, this will fail)
  * the error message and the dialog:
  "Error while activating the current token"
  Details: Unknown problem occured (id = 2)

This and several other things are fixed now in the head. Please update at least core, ui and voms to see the changes.
