Once 180777 is finished, it would be nice to have a bridge between the IMessageManager implementation proposed there and a DataBindingContext.  This would perform the same function as the current WizardPageSupport class, suppressing validation messages in the IMessageManager until after the validation state for the DBC changes the first time.

It's worth considering whether this would also be appropriate for normal forms and the current MessageManager implementation -- for example, to mark empty required fields only after they have been touched the first time.
