Description Nick Edgar CLA 2002-05-28 18:38:24 EDT
Build 20020521

It would be nice if you could specify a simple command name, e.g. "notepad"
without having to choose the exact location of the command, or specify its
suffix.

See bug 17324 which triggered this.
Comment 1 Nick Edgar CLA 2002-06-11 00:03:44 EDT
Chris points out that Start/Run uses special registry entries.
E.g. wordpad works in Start/Run but is not in the system path.
Comment 2 Darin Wright CLA 2002-11-15 10:36:31 EST
Not planned for 2.1
Comment 3 Darin Swanson CLA 2004-08-25 17:58:26 EDT
No plans to implement.
Comment 4 Denis Roy CLA 2009-08-30 02:16:11 EDT
As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
