The RSE remotecdt integration contains class RemoteGDBDebuggerPage, which extends the CDT GDBDebuggerPage in order to add controls required for gdb cross-debuggers.

This should be possible by using official API, as requested by the Europa Planning Meeting, section "Using Non-API" on
http://www.eclipse.org/org/councils/20070123PCMinutes.php

This requires GDBDebuggerPage to be API. I thus request moving GDBDebuggerPage
to package org.eclipse.cdt.debug.mi.ui

Galileo has API cleanliness as a must-have requirement, so I'd like to re-initiate discussion about this. See also bug 257402.
