This project aims at providing a theme support for charts. A theme will consist 
of a collection of formatting attributes for the chart: fonts, background, 
shades, palette colors,...

A predefined library of theme will be available to quickly create a chart with 
a specific look&feel.

The idea would be to develop a theme of styles for each chart.  Within the theme is a style for each major chart component (axis, axis labels, legend items, etc).  Then you could "stamp" each chart with the theme.  All "auto" areas of the chart would inherit from the style assigned to that chart component.  The styles that make up the theme could be standard BIRT styles.
