The AntPages shown in the External Tools->Ant preference page do not resize 
well. When the user makes the preference page dialog narrower, the table stops 
shrinking too soon, and we lose the button bank to the right of it. The table 
should shrink more, and should have a horizontal scrollbar when it gets too 
small to show the longest item.

Verified. Opened Bug 25397 for a flashing problem that occurs while resizing.
