The entire build and test process of STEM needs to be automated.

The internal.data process that generates the geography/plugin.xml file needs to specify the version and qualifier

Dan,

I just remembered.  When you generate the automatic run of output.xml, 
could you add an invocation of servlet.xml in the ui.ge folder.  There 
are no operands needed.


It sets up the servlet environment in the RCP.   It is required after 
reloading from CVS.
