steps to reproduce:

   - use the attached report design
   - preview in pdf

expected behavior:

   - shrink takes effect

actual behavior:

   - it did not work at all

note that this works in html report

Seems to work with Eclipse BIRT Designer Version 3.7.2.v20120213 Build <3.7.2.v20120214-1408>

The report is displayed correctly in the PDF output. Due to the date of that bug I suggest to close it as FIXED.
