Refactor the ContextContainer APIs to ensure they provide the basis for a collaboration solution.  Some items to consider are:
* Embed postEvent within each action/operation that needs to post an event
* Process registration of event listeners
* Move some functionality found in PCC to CC.
* Consider support both repository and service providers

Changing all outstanding Bugz items to reflect change in project plan and priorities.  These items will be initially assigned as resolved/wontfix and review at later date to be realigned with project goals and objectives.
