If you create file name download.php and then try it to open by doubeclicking in editor, complete eclipse will freeze and stop responding displaying wait cursor. In process viewer there is a javaw.exe permanently on 99% of processor time, after killing that everything goes normal.

I did not check that deeply, it just happend to me, so may be it is not problem of eclipse, but PHP plugin or something else

sorry, my mistake, it was not what i thought, problem is somewhere else, if I will find out, I will share :)
