WebContent/site.xml updated, haven't yet done WebContent/site-byProject.xml since I'm not sure how that's used.

Phew, in that case I'm probably not the only one :) Seems like it was an alternate update site format. It could well make sense to have users select the downloads by project, because it's a grouping that they're already familiar with.

Instructions for release review from Bjorn: Europa project leads, On today's call, we asked me to send around advice on how to prepare your slides for the big Europa Release Review. (1) Here's the development process page about release reviews: http://www.eclipse.org/projects/dev_process/release-review.php (2) Your slides (or non-slides) must be sent to emo@eclipse.org on or before May 30th. (3) There are many example slide decks from previous releases (see http://www.eclipse.org/projects/previous-release-reviews.php). Each project needs to have a complete Release Review slide deck prepared by May 30th (one week in advance) along with a single talking points slide at the front. During the release review itself, each project will be given one short minute (with 20+ projects, that alone makes a 20 minute call) for the talking point slide. The remaining slides will be for archival documentation and as backups for any audience questions. The talking point slide should cover: • any significant new features since the last release (obviously all the projects are going to have lots of new features: a year's worth of new features, but we only have time for the top most significant ones) • statement about the quality of the APIs • any significant end-of-life issues in this release • statement about the IP clearance and licenses in the code • statement about the diversity of the committer population

Bjorn: fyi, we had a near-final 2.0M3 build this past Friday, but had to delay the final build to get feedback on a cross-platform rendering issue. It's fine for the Friday build of Mylar to have gone out with Europa since there were only cosmetic changes.
Overwrote update site changes to use the still working http://download.eclipse.org/technology/mylar/update-site/dev/e3.3/site.xml site.
Slides sent and committed to CVS.

Features and update site updated for Mylyn. This includes several new features that were a result of the restructuring, partially driven by Europa installs and partially by EPP (bug 187514). Bjorn: could you re-spin the build to check for errors?

Site updated to 2.0.0.v20070619-1930. The org.eclipse.mylyn.jira_feature has been removed because we have deemed it to be of incubation quality and have moved it to a separate "Mylyn Extras" update site (http://download.eclipse.org/tools/mylyn/update/extras).
Bjorn: was I supposed to have updated WebContent/site.xml to remove the JIRA feature, or do you own that file? We don't currently foresee more feature changes, but this is probably something I should know.

The Europa build last night didn't create a site.xml. Therefore my EPP build broke and there are no new Europa builds available so far. If the next Europa build finishes without problems, I will re-run the package build later today.
