Build 20020521

- Navigate help to a a particular help page
- It auto-expands topics for you as you do so.  This is fine.
- Decide that you want to see the topic's page again.
- Click on the topic.
- It collapses the topic.
- But I still wanted to see the subtopics!

I think this is a critical usability problem with help.
