When a view gets focus after the creation of a resource or a connection (for 
CVS) the view does not have focus and must be navigated to via the menu or 
Ctrl+F7. Likewise when a perspective is opened none of the views get focus and 
selection must be done.

This is a pain for people who use the keyboard - especially with Sticky Keys as 
Ctrl-F7 does not work for them. However this will not prevent us passing an 
accessibility revue.

STEPS
1) Create a Java Project
2) You switch to the Java Perspective but the packages view is not given focus

We are reselecting the active editor so this is OK
