Steps To Reproduce:
1. open an XML file in Eclipse on OS X.
2. add <!-- --> anywhere within the file.
3. inside <!-- -->, try to add Japanese comments.
4. you'll see another comment line shows up beneath the actual line. 


More information:
This phantom line seems to disappear after the Japanese characters are committed with Return key.

Yukari, does this also happen if you
1. select the file in the Navigator
2. 'context menu' > 'Open With' > 'Text Editor'
