Migrated Bugzilla entry from B2 International Bugzilla to Eclipse.org OHF Bugzilla. The original entry is available at http://b2international.com/bugzilla/show_bug.cgi?id=166

Balazs Banfai applied, tested, and committed Zsolt's patch. The vocabulary view now has a refresh button that can be used if the vocabulary files have been modified. Additionally, the vocabulary provider has been moved to the project context, which mean that different projects can have different vocabularies. When editing a file, the vocabulary associated with the file's project will be shown.
