Steps To Reproduce:
1.Open more than one eclipse windows using "Window->New Window". Here say two more windows are opened.
2.Exit any one of the windows using the exit action from the "File" menu using "File->Exit"


More information:
The same behavior is not observed if we close one of the windows using the Cross button at the top-right corner of the window.
The behavior of the Exit action should also be similar to the Cross button.

Exit will always exit the application.

This is a request for a Close Window menu option and keybinding.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet.
