When showing views within a perspetive we could open it in a tab folder instead 
of changing the layout to fit the new view. 

I could be less disturbing than changing the layout.

I think this would make a lot of sense.  I would very much like to see this 
for 2.0.
Even better if the view could specify which side it wants to be docked to, and 
add to a folder there, creating one if necessary.

Fix PerspectivePresentation.
Released in the HEAD stream.

The view will be stacked on top of the most right/bottom view.
Resolving as LATER instead of FIXED because we can still add API to let the 
view decide which side it should be opened in.
