Steps To Reproduce:
1.Servers
2.Right click on Oracle 10.1.3 server -> Open
3.Open launch configuration
4.Arguments tab -> Vm arguments
5.Save VM arguments "-Xmx256M"
6.Apply
7.OK 
When open or run this configuration the VM arguments are not saved.
Anyway could not save VM arguments.

This bug has come to the AJDT component (AspectJ Development Tools) which doesn't sound right from the description. Can you clarify which Eclipse projects you are using, so this can be re-assigned as appropriate? Are you using Web Tools?

The environment is
eclipse 3.2.1
emf-sdo-xsd-SDK-2.2.1
GEF-SDK-3.2.1
JEM-SDK-1.2.1
VE-SDK-1.2
wtp-sdk-R-1.5.1-200609230508
