Fup of bug 169017, the ecj sources provided with each source build are not the latest stable build.
Build 3.2.1 should contain the 3.2.1 source.
Build 3.3M4 should contain the 3.3M4 or M3 sources.
Right now both contain sources from 3.2.0.

The latest ECJ source has been included for 3.2.1 and 3.3 stream builds.
