The order of the feature changes when selecting Show Disabled, and in my 
scenario I did not get the overlay icon, so it was hard to see what has 
changed.

Should sort

... but sorting is a little tricky in the tree view because we only want to 
sort some children. For example, we would like to sort features in the 
configuration, but not configurations in the history (where we want to keep the 
provided order).

May not be ready for 2.0.
