Just a reminder that we need to remove API that we added in 2.0 and deprecated 
them. E.g. getEditorThreshold in IWorkbenchPage and IPageLayout.

Added xxxEditorThreshold back.
Need to build a list with all API to be removed and let people know that we are 
going to remove it.

Not sure if we can do that until 3.0 release since 2.1 should be API compatible.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
