I20061212-0010

1) Make sure you have a couple of editors open including a plugin.xml editor
2) Cmd-E
3) type plugin 

Note that the file does not appear in the list.  If you type the name of the plugin that contains the plugin.xml, however, it does.

This bug should be fixed by my patch for bug 167642.
