If I specify Additional jars and Initial instances in DD file they are not getting stored in Generated touchpoint.

Additional Jars shows in Lib folder and could not find the instances in router entries

When one patch isn't enough

Added some more checks into generated instances and extra jar copies. No one likes null-pointers.
