M3- ALF Event Map Tab: Import option has no browse to file functionality

1. Click the "ALF Event map" tab
2. Click the "Import" button
3. In the resulting confirmation dialog, click the "OK" button
4. Notice the UI flickers but there was no exposed functionality to browse to a file

The eclipse import functionality is not that important for ALF projects. At some point it would be nice to hook up for consistency

this does not refer to eclipse import functionality. This refers to the "Import" event map button. This functionality imports the event map from current event manager and so correctly does not provide file browsing capability for the source.

This "import" feature is missing from the T3 version of the event config tool. It should be added back. It is important to be able to read the event map back to the tool.

Care should be taken not ot overwrite the existing copy in the project.
The user should be given the option to save a new or overwrite. A useful feature would be to test if the current copy matches the imported copy
