Iteration Plan • See remarks for Template: Iteration Plan for formatting changes in bug https://bugs.eclipse.org/bugs/show_bug.cgi?id=163869 • Key Milestone should be clearer What's being shown at the demo? The milestone should indicate the critical feature being demoed. • Evaluation criteria needs to be concrete "Favorable response", "well received", and "favorable acceptance" isn't concrete enough. There needs to be a concrete sign-off, an OK, or something that can objectively close the evaluation criteria. Project Plan • This example isn't for a development project - we should provide something from software development • Role assignments need to be shown to match the template • The measurements should provide an example that follows the recommendations of the Guideline: Agile Estimation • Make scope of project plan consistent The Introduction says the plan does not apply to the tooling component, but the Milestones section includes tooling.

This examples will have to be reviewed based on changes to templates made on bug 184474 ...
depends on template for the project plan (to be updated on bug 189673)
Moving to M10 ... I will not have time to address this in M9
All good points. I suggest we move this 1.0.1, I do not have energy to address... and it is getting late... Let's face it, our examples should come from other projects using OpenUP, not our project or home-made examples, so let's focus on harvesting from real projects. <Well, our development of OpenUP is real, but it is different to develop OpenUP and develop software, so let's take one from a SW dev project> My 2 cents
I could not agree more ... moving to 1.0.1
Hi steve Do you have any software development related examples that we could use to solve this bug?
Examples should come from projects using Eclipse Practice Library (version 1.5) so I am postponing this to 2.0
