Chart Preview display differently on Select Chart Type, Select Data, Format Chart

Steps to reproduce:
1. Create a chart.
2. Double click the chart, check Chart Preview in Select Chart Type, Select 
   Data, Format Chart pages.

Expected result:
The charts displayed are the same. 

Actual result:
The charts displayed are different.

The chart preview is rendered dynamically in the preview area of the chart builder. Due to the difference of the area size in the 3 pages, the preview result may look different.
