Starting Eclipse with a workspace from 0515 causes a NPE. Log attached.

There are several problems here.  The first one is in boot.

Eduardo, can you please look at the NPE in restore?
This may be caused by the first, although there is a noticeable amount of time 
between errors.

I am chasing the fatal errors on start .... bug 16215. The NPE does not seem to 
be related.

NPE: Seems that there was a view opened and the plugin or the view was deleted 
so we could not recreate it. Going to add a null check and log a message.

Fix for the NPE is released in UI HEAD stream.
