Sometimes, the problem view did not update after I fixed a compile error. The error marker for the line and the error decoration for the editor tab went away though.

Haven't been able to reproduce yet.

The markers view has undergone significant changes since 3.3. I could not reproduce this in newer builds (3.6).Marking as WORKSFORME, feel free to reopen if you spot such behaviour again.
