Dialog "Event List Filter Setting" does not filter "Event List" view content.

The EventList needs to be refactored to follow the ContextContainerEvent model.  It should extend the AbstractContainerEventHandler class so that its events are controlled by the ContextContainerEventManager.

Filtering done.

Event list wasn't yet refactored for context container events. It still uses OSGi events.
