The Add from Local History dialog should have a description label indicating 
what it does.

What do you mean by 'description label'?
Should I use a TitleAreaDialog?

A simple label above the top two panes would suffice.
We just need some explanation for what this dialog does.
E.g. "Select files to restore from the local history."

If TitleAreaDialog works for you, then we can use it.  It's probably overkill 
though.

Maybe we should change the action to "Restore from Local History" as well.
