After analyzing a resource several times, the analysis creates multiple markers for the same location.  The should only see markers for the most recently analyzed configuration to avoid the confusion of layered markers

The patch has been applied to partially correct this problem.  On second glance, removing markers that are in previous histories can be problematic since not all markers are related to the same type of analysis.

The patch cleans up results are reported to help reduce some of the marker confusion
