If anyone has links to a web API for accessing Testtrack please post here.
I haven´t found a web API document but there is a soap API available for Testtrack Pro. It can be found at http://downloads.seapine.com/pub/docs/ttprosoap.pdf. Maybe it is of some help.
I believe they have a SOAP API so it's probably platform independent really.
I have a TTPro instance locally that I can test any code on; The server and client are 7.6.2. There is also a TTPro Java SOAP SDK example available at http://labs.seapine.com/wiki/index.php/SOAP_SDK_Java_Tutorial and an overview of the SOAP SDK at http://www.seapine.com/ttsdk.html

We appreciate all comments, questions, and suggestions from our users in order to help us improve our product. I have added your email to our main list of feature requests. Your comments will be taken into consideration when feature enhancements are being reviewed for future versions of TestTrack Pro. On the other hand both tools have APIs available, so you can point out to your colleagues that they can develop their own interface if they want to. They have Linux, and Mac clients, in addition to XP. There's also a Web client. So can someone please change the Platform? I really wish Seapine would provide a supported Mylyn plugin, or work with Tasktop to create one.
