build 2002-05-08 on WinXP.
IBM JRE 1.3.1.

When I do a Team -> Synchronize and turn on "Ignore Whitespace", changes which 
I have made in method comments (javadoc) do not appear in the structure view.

do we need two options "ignore whitespace" and "ignore semantic whitespace"?

Note that if I have "Ignore whitespace" selected and I have a Java file with 
only comment/javadoc changes then there is great potential to lose my changes. 
I will probably look at the structure view, see no changes, and then 
choose "Update and Overwrite".

If you don't get a structure view (because there are no structural changes),
then you always get the full textual compare which still shows all the 
differences. So the risk of loosing doc changes is low.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
