Filing against UI since it I remember that it takes over the Ant UI plugin.

When running an Ant script with the Ant console then the Ant console becomes 
active. Since it is an output view only I'd prefer that it just shows up 
without taking the focus, so that I stay in the other context. This is how the 
Console view is shown.

The new external tool support will be using the debug console.

Note: new external tool work is not yet released to the head stream and won't 
for a while yet.
