Steps:
1.Create an artifact, A1 and sub artifact- SA1 in this A1.
  A1
      SA1
2.Now in role's editor under WPs tab, assosicate A1. Then try to assiciate SA1. It is not available in the filter.
3.Do the other way. Add SA1 first. Then add A1. It works.
