I am keeping over 50 pointers to various CVS repos. There are several annoying things there when you have many repos: *When adding a new CVS repo, the selection shooul be moved to that newly created repo entry, instead of being just whatever it was before. *it should be possible so search quickly through the list, either using sorters (by user, connection method, host... or probably even better using a filtered tree for a quik search. * adding a custom label would gain a lot if it was possible to do it in place (ie like for instance press F2 and create custom label in place) * when a custom label is used, the original repo connection string should still be displayed in a second column, or after the custom label, to avoid confusion, or force to check the details of that connection to figure out what was the original label I reckon that very few people would have that situation, but if you are an avid consumer of many open source projects, you end up with that kind of situation veru quickly.
I believe taht some of these are covered by other bugs and we do have custom labels for repos (check on the Properties page) but without some of the features you mention. We don't plan on doing an work in this area but patches will be accepted.

This bug hasn't had any activity in quite some time. Maybe the problem got resolved, was a duplicate of something else, or became less pressing for some reason - or maybe it's still relevant but just hasn't been looked at yet. If you have further information on the current state of the bug, please add it. The information can be, for example, that the problem still occurs, that you still want the feature, that more information is needed, or that the bug is (for whatever reason) no longer relevant.
