Currently you can only choose between:

local version on disk
lastest cvs 
(and prestine svn copy if you have e.g. subeclipse installed)

This is not very usefull if you have a mix of svn/cvs projects.

There should be a project specific option or even better an option for something like "automatic" that detects which one is the relevant one.
