OS: Linux (SLES9/10, RHEL)
Locale: en_US.UTF-8
Build: epf-composer-1.0-M5-N20060824-1920-linux

Steps:
Drag a Task from Configuration view to a TBS or WPU of CP/DP, a practicable icon appear, this option should be forbidden.

The same problem when:
 - Drag a Role to WBS or WPU
 - Drap a WP to WBS or TBS

This problem only occurs on Linux.
