Right now, the HTMLTextPresenter class is in an internal package.  It would be nice if this class were in an api package so that I could use it with the DefaultInformationControl in the same way that the JDT code does.

Copying this class into my application requires that I copy another 3 or 4 (at least) other internal classes.
