Should support at least alphabetical sort.

The list of toplevel scripts (basically the files) are sorted alpha based on location.

The internal ScriptElements are not currently sorted (they are in the order they appear in file) because for some, their names are determined ondemand with a guessing function that looks at the content of the file.
