"Heap", "Status", "Open" and "Mode" should all select the General preference page.

Doung, Karice can tell you how to add the new keywords (I think...;-)

There are currently no plans to work on this feature although we would be happy to review a patch.

As of now 'LATER' and 'REMIND' resolutions are no longer supported.
Please reopen this bug if it is still valid for you.
