The UML file is generated by exporting from EMF genmodel context menu.

Test case is standard library.xsd, library.ecore and library.genmodel.

Select library.genmodel, right click pick Export Model...>UML Model.

Open library.uml with UML Model Editor.

There are two tabs for the Editor:  Selection and Problems.

There is a problem report:   ArrayIndexOutOfBoundsException (occassionaly simply "-1").

Go to the Selection panel.  The platform model reference I can edit as expected. If a pathmap is opened, however,  this re-generates the index oob exception.

The library.xsd that is the standard example.   Probably any UML exported from EMF gnemodel has this problem. 

Environment: Standard, new Callisto with EMF and UML1 1,2.0.  UML2 2.0.0 installed over this from the UML2 update site.   (x86_64, linux)
