Provide a page which extends the TestsuiteLocationWizardPage class and adds the following behaviors:
- A button to enable a test project creation (really useful when no test projects   in the workspace)
- A button to allow the user to create a folder under an existing project

A new class has been created: org.eclipse.tptp.test.provisional.recorder.ui.wizards.CTestsuiteLocationWizardPage
