Meta-model changes for Multiplicity Association delivered into M4. 
UI presentation layer changes needed as per meta-model change.

Places to change:
Role -> workproducts   (WorkProduct's responsible role, under Role's workproduct tab).
Task -> Disciplines  (Task's discipline association,  under Task's Categories Tab)
Discipline-> Activities (Discipline's reference workflow association under discipline's reference tab).

Fixed. 

Discipline 's reference workflow select dialog should display all activities under CP/DP.
