Excuse me!I am only a student who English is so poor come from China. 
Er,may be this is not really a problem.
But really can not clear about it.
It is:
   when I "import" a "file System" that contain .jsp,.htm,and class.(in fact it is a project develop by IDEA,but we think that eclipse is better now,so we want to change it to eclispe)
   But some strange thing was happened.Some of these files can display chinese character clearly (only in work sapce),and in the other files they are invalid . may be like this "ϵͳ¹ÜÀí".
   and sometime she is display a onte:

        Error openning file
          原因：one or more characters could not be decoded according to the 
          encoding parameter UTF-8.Position of first invalid character is 1.

   I try the internet fo the resovent,but find nothing.
