Steps:
1.Create an AD as shown in Syncbar delete1.jpg. Save it. Check predecessors in WBS.They are updated.
2.Then delete two sync bars in AD. Close AD editor with out saving.
 Check Syncbar delete2.jpg
3.Reopen AD. Link between sync bars is not restored. Predecessors are lost in WBS.
Check Syncbar delete3.jpg.

Fixed.

Simple description of defect:  UNDO delete action on a synchronization bar or decision node with multiple incoming and outgoing links are not restored or regained properly.  

After fix, synch bar and decision nodes undo deletion restores all links back properly. 

Please verify decision node deletion/undo. 

Note: In case of decision node, no predecessor information will be updated.  Only through synchronization bar, predecessor information updated.
